Great experience. Able to communicate directly with them in English on WhatsApp and they made the whole process easy. I had an awful taxi experience getting to the terminal (which isn't hard to find) and they managed to delay the bus departure by 5mins so I could catch it. Bus a modern minibus, clean, comfortable and air-conditioned.

Armenia when you know Red Castle is more beautiful and comfortable. It's really a clean comfortable friendly guest house and I really enjoy staying. I also made new friends and the manager is so kind like a real sister or mum. I will go again next year and wish they have empty rooms for all my family members please we want to go for a family stay. Ideal for long stays and have fun. Thanks dear Armine ❤️

Изначально когда брали билет сестрёнке на самолет в Ереван переживали, нервничали как она доберется из Еревана до Тбилиси. Написала в инстаграмм в Сomfort Armenia,была приятно удивлена быстрому ответу. Мне дали развернутую информацию о услугах агенства. Понравилось что был индивидуальный подход, выбор,мы могли платить онлайн либо наличными. Общение было комфортным,мне дали все ответы на мои вопросы,я понимала что нам идут на встречу( было опасение,что рейс могли задержать,нам опять предложили варианты)что очень радует. Хотя отправление было чётко в 15:00. Когда покупала билет оставила комментарий по месту и была счастлива отзывчивости. Сестру встретили в офисе и посадили в транспорт. Огромное благодарность девушке которая со мной переписывалась до момента пока сестру не встретили в офисе. ( даже позвонила и уточнила приехала ли она). Отдельно было приятно узнать о wi-fi в транспорте,что важно не только для пассажиров, но и их близких. Сестра сказала очень комфортно, чисто,водитель вежливый, предложил воду.( она не успела разменять деньги). Благодарим компанию Comfort Armenia,за ощущение, что ты дома,за безопасность,комфорт,желание решить любые возникающие вопросы,проблемы и кстати очень доступные цены 🥹🙏☺️.
